North West User Conference Invitation

VUEWorks & The City of Waukesha

Municipal Sewer & Water magazine (MSW) will be publishing an article showcasing the City of Waukesha, Wisconsin and how the Wastewater Treatment Division has been utilizing VUEWorks Asset Management Software to improve the City’s capacity, efficiency and integrity of the sanitary sewer system.

DTS is very happy to announce that we will be receiving the Orlando Sentinel 2014 award for being a Top 100 Company for Working Families. We are greatly looking forward to the ceremony this Friday to congratulate and celebrate with all of the other amazing companies attending.

Thank you Orlando Sentinel for including us another year in your Top 100!

We are also very happy to announce that our very own Rafiq Basaria has just recently received his title as a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP). Congratulations on this great achievement Rafiq!

Upcoming Conferences

Howdy Y’all! For those of you who haven’t heard, VUEWorks will be hosting a SouthWest Regional Conference in Phoenix, Arizona next month on August 21st. We will be hosting users from across the region to share their experiences with the software as well as discuss what’s new with VUEWorks in terms of features, enhancements, and our upcoming release of VUEWorks version 10.2! Now there’s something to stomp your cowboy boots to!

Won’t be in the SouthWest around that time? No Problem! In October we will be hosting another Regional Conference in Washington state. More details will follow.

And, as always, please do not forget about our annual VUEWorks User Conference this November 5th-7th at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

This week we had a great time attending the Esri User Conference 2014! We want to extend a big THANK YOU to Esri for hosting another amazing event as well as a special thanks and congratulations to all of those who presented including our very own Kirsten Koehn, Brian Sovik and Allen Ibaugh. Great job everyone and we look forward to seeing you all next year!

Esri User Conference 2014…San Diego, Here We Come!

Next Sunday will be the kick of of this year’s annual Esri User Conference in San Diego, California July 14th-18th. Several members of our team will be making their way across the country to check out the latest and greatest trends in GIS.

If you happen to be attending, make sure to stop by and say hello! Alicia Bonk, Allen Ibaugh, AICP, GISP, Brian Sovik, GISP, PMP, Kirsten Koehn, GISP, and Hayley Mackiernan will all be there looking forward seeing you.

Kirsten Koehn will be presenting at the conference Wednesday, July 16th at 8:30 AM and will be discussing Public Transit Modeling and Analysis. Brian Sovik will be presenting Thursday, July 17th at 8:30 AM discussing Environmental Regulations and Influences on Airports.

We would also like to extend an additional congratulations on behalf of all of us at DTS to Nick Volpe and Jeremy Folds who just received recognition in the most recent issue of Esri’s ArcUser for their accomplishments at the 2014 Esri International Developer Summit in Colorado. Great job!
