Background

Mr. Spivey currently works as a Data Analyst for DTS. Mr. Spivey is responsible for the collection of data, evaluation and inventory of pavement, administration of resurfacing projects, and interacting with other departments relative to roadway maintenance activities. Mr. Spivey has technical expertise with automatic data and reporting systems, such as troubleshooting and system security measures.
