Philosophy

Software Simply Done

“Simplicity--the art of maximizing the amount of work not done--is essential.” – from the Twelve Principles of Agile Software

Usability is Key

Building usable software is one key ingredient to success. Mocking up user interface designs helps establish a common language between client, user, and development team while setting expectations. After all, refactoring Visio drawings is far more efficient than writing lengthy documents or code only to find there has been some miscommunication along the way.
