William Cook, P.E. - Vice President Engineering

Background

Mr. Cook is a registered professional engineer and currently serves DTS as the Vice President of the Engineering. He oversees all facets of the firm's engineering services including planning, minor roadway design, Project Development & Environmental studies, LiDAR, asset and pavement management systems. He is responsible for maintaining the technical proficiency of engineering team members. William has 15 years experience in Transportation Planning and Engineering ranging from preliminary design to final design and construction documentation. William is an FDOT approved instructor of the Advanced Maintenance of Traffic Course and also instructs the AASHTO Roadside Design Course for the Florida Engineering Society and the National Highway Institute.

William has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
