Software Implementation Specialist will have skills and experience focused in Commercial, Off the Shelf (COTS) software product implementation and support. The Implementation Specialist will work with clients and project teams to implement DTS enterprise asset management software suite, VUEWorks®. Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist has skills and experience focused in customer service, problem solved, product development and support. Support Specialists will assist the product implementation, training and development teams to respond to customer requests for support and training within the VUEWorks® suite of web applications. Successful applicants will work well in a team environment and possess superior attention to detail, problem solving abilities and time management skills. Project Manager – Implementations

Initiate Projects – For assigned projects, complete project initiation documents, which include detailed work scope/outline, budget, and schedule for completion. Manage Project Implementation – With assigned project team, ensure that all steps and procedures are taken according to SOPs and that all work is completed as planned and scheduled. This includes keeping the client informed of the on-going status of a project and providing adequate management, advice, and support to the members of the project team. Coordinate/Communicate with Peers – Work with other project managers to avoid or eliminate conflicts in schedule due to changes in various projects. Provide Technical Advice – Contribute to the development of recommendations for assigned projects and others, when requested. Maintain Project Status – Keep the project status reporting system (database) current with the actions and changes that take place on assigned projects so the overall organization is able to respond to client requests. Prepare High Quality Reports – Ensure that the review process and other quality control guidelines are followed and that final reports and presentations are completed per SOPs.

Sr. Consultant (Training/Change Management/Project Support)

The Sr. Consultant will be responsible to support across the DTS organization, specifically pertaining the COTS Enterprise Asset Management Software. The Sr. Consultant will provide training to users both throughout the implementation process as well in an ongoing capacity. Additionally, the Sr. Consultant will support the implementation teams as s Change Management resource assisting organization making the shift to using asset management software and practices for their organizations. When needed, the Sr. Consultant will also support projects as an implementation assistant project manager. Those responsibilities include assisting the project manager with reporting, client communications, documentation, configurations, business process documentation, etc.
