He is also well known for the provision of consulting services on numerous transportation projects that include highways, heavy rail, airports, and large private toll roads. Scot gained valuable experience in pavement management and maintenance while performing research for the Metropolitan Transportation Commission in Oakland at Texas A&M and has worked in various phases of transportation infrastructure maintenance. Scot’s explicit experience with soil conditions and design practices includes a wide regional coverage the United States.

On a personal note; Scot enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and enjoying their musical talents. Scot’s hobbies include working with wood and building rustic coolers and small furniture. I’m a big sports fan and enjoy attending college football games especially to support the Texas A&M Aggies.
