Welcome Judy Hickerson and Diann Michels to the team
Orlando, Florida – Data Transfer Solutions, LLC (DTS) is pleased to welcome Judy Hickerson and Diann Michels to the growing team.
Judy Hickerson, PMP, PMI-BPA
Senior VUEWorks Implementation Specialist
Judy joins the VUEWorks team with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. Based in Colorado, Judy enjoys working directly with customers, helping users to better use technology to manage their daily workflows. She also has a strong background in Six Sigma and ISO standards.
According to Jason Amadori, GISP, President of Asset Management Solutions, “Judy’s successful implementation of VUEWorks at the City of Thornton, Colorado makes her a great fit for this role.” It was a natural transition for her to join the implementation team.
In her free time, Judy can be found quilting, cooking or making jelly. She enjoys horseback riding and traveling with her husband.
Many weekends during the summer you will find them out “Jeeping” the mountains of Colorado. They also enjoy spending time camping with their four children and grandchildren.
Diann Michels
VUEWorks Implementation Specialist
Diann brings deep asset management knowledge and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems to DTS. Her experience with competitor software, project management and implementations brings added value to the team.
“Diann brings over 20 years of professional and technical service experience to DTS. Her experience ranges from small municipalities to large cities and counties,” says John Pregler, Director of Implementations, who was a driving force in Diann coming on board.
“She has an easy-going manner and a desire to truly help those she works with. This creates an open and productive working relationship with the clients she serves. Diann is detailed-oriented and her strong communication and organizational skills bring another level of professionalism to the DTS team.” Diann couldn’t be happier with her team of resources.
Diann and her husband live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They enjoy travelling and spend a lot of their downtime “glamping” in their luxury 5th wheel camper. Diann also volunteers at the local community theater.
