Welcome Lisa Schoenfelder, Director of Learning and Change Management
If you’ve attended any of the 2017 webinar series, chances are you’ve heard Lisa’s cheery voice. Her bubbly enthusiasm is catching, and we’re excited to have her as part of the DTS family!
Her Story
Lisa Schoenfelder holds a Bachelors in Business Finance, Economics and Computer Science from Northern State University in South Dakota. She earned her Masters in Management of Information Systems from Boise State in Idaho. Lisa brings with her over 32 years of experience in technology solution delivery through implementation, training and organizational change management for the public sector at the state and local level.
“We’re very excited to have someone with Lisa’s considerable talents and skills as part of our organization. She is a great addition to our team to help support our clients at the critical stages of their VUEWorks implementations and beyond” says Trey Fragala, GISP, PMP, Chief Operating Officer.
Where’s Lisa?
Lisa will have two home offices (Idaho and South Dakota). The new fun game is “Where is Lisa?” She is passionate about what she does and willing to share her successful system implementations and cultural change management experience with the team and clients. Lisa is excited about this new adventure with DTS and is already enjoying working with the team.
Whether it’s hiking, backpacking, or working on her family farm, Lisa loves nature and being outdoors. Lisa is a National Parks enthusiast, and is pictured above with her husband, while backpacking across the Tetons. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
